5 QUESTION FOR LACHOWSKI.

Question 1: What the biggest fashion catastrophe that you committed?

Francisco: “Well, I think I am a catastrophe fashion sometimes. Sometimes I don’t want wear anything, just pick up any clothes and wear and when I see it’s a fashion catastrophe, I don’t care.”

Question 2: Who’s closet would you like to see?

Francisco: “I admire Johnny Deep’s style.  I think I would like to see some clothes that he wears just to.. But it depends, depends of my.. how can I say? Depends of my mood of the day. I wear anything, wear some rings, some bijou that it’s all right.”

Question 3: What night of your life you would erase? 

Francisco: “I would erase a lot of times that i fought with people. I don’t like to fight, I like staying all in peace.”

Question 4: What night of your life would make a movie? 

Francisco: “All the nights I was in Japan would make a lot of movies. Was a madness there. I don’t remember anything that happened. That’s why I would like a movie just to remember what happened.”

Question 5: What can’t be missed in your city Curitiba?

Francisco: “What you can’t miss in my city is gathering with friends and go to a park or a bar and talk.”

‘Made in Brazil’ says ‘hi’. When will you next be back in Brazil?

Francisco: I don’t know now I’m living in London with my girlfriend. Maybe in one month to see my family. I have no set plans.

Where is your favourite place to holiday?

Francisco: My home! I go to the beach with my family.

You like Brazilian beaches. Do you have a favourite?

Francisco: I would love to go to a paradise beach in Indonesia or Thailand. Somewhere more peaceful!

How often do you go to the gym and what tips can you give for a person to stay fit and healthy?

Francisco: I haven’t been to the gym much this year. I don’t go often as I don’t want to get too big. I will go back but focus on aerobic exercise and some weight building.

Please tell us about your Polish routes. Do you speak any Polish? Are you proud to have family routes in Poland and do you know/eat any Polish dishes?

Francisco: I know a lot of Polish dishes. I don’t speak much Polish, just a couple of phrases – ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘Good Night’. My dad is from Poland so we often eat Polish food. I’ve never been. I would love to go there.

What music do you listen to?

Francisco: Everything! I’m really eclectic. HipHop, Rap, Rock and some pop.

Are you on Twitter? If not, do you plan to join?

Francisco: I’m not on Twitter. I was told I should join but I have no plans to at the moment.

You have many fans pages and blogs. Do you read them? And how does it feel having such a following?

Francisco: I do read them when I find the time. It’s cool to have a fan base! I enjoy reading what people have to say.  Some people are a bit psycho about some things like my girlfriend. It can be quite rude and upsetting!

Do you get recognised and stopped on the street?

Francisco: Yes I have. In London four times already. Also in New York, Milan and Paris. It’s fun!  Some people scream and take photos.

How does it feel currently being the highest ranked Brazilian on Models.com?

Francisco: Feels good. I appreciate it! I’m just doing my job.

You were found from a modeling competition in Brazil. Were you scouted for it or did you personally enter the competition?

Francisco: Ford in my home city scouted me and asked me to enter the competition.

What has been your favourite job to date?

Francisco: My first time doing Versace in Milan was great back in June. The campaign shoot for Armani Exchange with Marlon was also a lot of fun.

Are you able to tell us of any projects that you’re working on/have planned?

Francisco: A very exciting ad campaign will be out in December. There will also be an iPad App with some very special features!

What do you think sets you apart from other models?

Francisco: I don’t know. Best not to ask me that.

Will you be doing NY Fashion Week this season?

Francisco: Maybe. I’m talking to Ford Models at the moment. I think so.

 A number of male models are taking up acting. Is this something you have/would ever consider?

Francisco:  Yes I would consider it. I have been planning to take some acting classes whilst in London. We’ll see!

What do you enjoy most about being a model?

Francisco: Travelling, seeing new places and meeting new people.

Do you have a favourite model to work with?

Francisco: Not really! I like working with my friends. Marlon, Evandro, Max etc…

Are there any models in the industry that you’d still like to shoot with?

Francisco: I’d like to work with some of the big supermodels!

If you weren’t modeling, what profession do you think you’d be working in?

Francisco: I have no idea. That’s why I’m modeling!

How did your family and friends initially react to you winning Supermodel Brazil?

Francisco: They liked [it] a lot and they support me…always.

You walked an incredible number of shows this past runway season…how was that?

Francisco: It was amazing! [Especially] a great experience to do the shows in New York City.

What is your most memorable shoot to date?

Francisco: Dior shoot [with Karl Lagerfeld]

You are relatively new to modeling, yet have quite the following. How does it feel?

Francisco: It’s a pleasure and it’s very motivating for me.

Has modeling changed your view on fashion?

Francisco: Yes, [it] did change. Before I didn’t know much about designers and all this, [but] now I have to and I pay a bit more attention [in] what to wear.

How has your day to day schedule changed?

Francisco: It has changed completely. Much more intense now.

What’s your favorite part about modeling?

Francisco: Traveling and meeting new people.

Least favorite?

Francisco: To be alone and away from the family.

What do you like to do on your downtime?

Francisco: Computer, music and sleep.

Activities?

Francisco: Sports, skating, movies, social life…

Upcoming work?

Francisco: Lots of editorials, lookbooks for Calvin Klein, DKNY…Campaign season is just starting now [and] I have high hopes.
